If you’ve ever longed to fly like they do in Cirque de Soleil, here’s a friendly, healing option--even if you’re afraid of heights. We now have 2 Om Gym’s at WorldDance Fitness. These colorful, versatile slings might be just what you need if you have a bad back, stiff joints or weak muscles.

Lifting part or all of your body weight off the floor and changing your relationship to gravity can be very therapeutic, whether you use the sling for yoga, fitness or rehab. It’s even a great pre-training tool for trapeze, pole dance, hoop, silks or other forms of aerial dance.

Hang one off ceiling beams, eye bolts in ceiling joists or loop the ropes around a tree branch. The Om Gym weighs 3 lbs and sets up and breaks down in less than a minute.
